Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase at Meena Medico Agency. This Policy explains eligibility, timelines, and processes for returns, replacements, and refunds, in line with applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
1. Items Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Wrong item delivered.
- Damaged or defective item received.
- Item delivered past expiry date.
- Missing items (short supply) compared to invoice, reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos.
2. Items Not Eligible
- Opened/used products, items with tampered seals, or missing serial/ batch numbers.
- Temperature-controlled products unless delivered damaged, defective, or expired.
- Prescription medicines not eligible for return due to change of mind; only if delivered damaged, defective, wrong, or expired.
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
3. Return/Replacement Window
- Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/defective, wrong, or missing items with supporting photos/videos.
- For expired items, raise within 7 days of delivery.
4. Return Process
- Contact us at meenamedicoteghra@gmail.com or +91 91998 02393 with order ID, issue details, and photos/videos.
- Our team will verify and may arrange reverse pickup or request you to ship back the product in original packaging and in the same condition as purchased (unused, unopened, and undamaged), with all original tags/labels intact.
- After inspection, we will approve a replacement or refund as applicable.
5. Refund Timelines & Method
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days to the original payment method; credit timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Only the product price, including applicable taxes (if any), will be refunded.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Post-dispatch, please refer to this Policy for return or replacement options as applicable.
7. Verification & Abuse
All return/replacement requests are subject to verification. We may refuse requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or not compliant with this Policy.
Compliance note: This Policy is in line with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable pharmacy regulations. Prescription medicines are returnable only when delivered damaged, defective, wrong, or expired, in accordance with legal and safety norms.
